Honest Comfort Recipes is an editorial recipe site run by Diane Marchetti, cooking the way people actually cook: one pan, one hob, a phone propped against the flour tin.
How we develop recipes
Every recipe is cooked at least twice on a home stove, then written in American cup, spoon and ounce measures with oven and doneness temperatures in Fahrenheit. If a step can be cut without losing the result, it gets cut.
Photography
All photography is shot in natural light on the day the dish is cooked. Nothing is styled with inedible props or replaced with stand-ins.
